 Professional Therapeutic Community Network (PTCN) is a licensed child welfare organization that has been providing quality outpatient, residential treatment for IDD adolescents and adults, mental health and behavioral rehabilitative services to the children and families of Oregon since its inception in 1997.  

 PTCN is committed to intervening with children, youth, adults and families to stop the cycle of abuse and begin a process of  recovering from the impact of sexual abuse.
